Hudson Takes A Bath

My mom and I gave Hudson a sponge bath today and he was not very happy with us!!

Nate and I have been home for a couple of days now and we have been enjoying every minute with Hudson. He is so much fun to watch and has some of the cutest expressions. We dressed him up in his bunny ears hat and slippers that his Aunt Ashley bought him for Easter. He looked so cute!

Hudson Has Arrived!!!!

Brooke and I are happy to announce the arrival of our little baby boy, Hudson James Holtvluwer. He arrived on March 25th at 2:31 in the afternoon. He weighed 6lbs and 15 oz. and was about 18 in. long. Mom and baby are doing fine. We were able to take him home yesterday and have enjoyed having him home with us! Here are some pictures that we took at the hospital. We had some visitors come and see all us--mainly they came to see Hudson though!

2 MORE DAYS!!!!

Brooke and I have exactly 2 more days till Hudson's actual due date. We are getting very excited to meet our little one. Brooke and I go back to the doctor on Tuesday and if nothing has happened, they will set a date to induce her. Luckily the Doctor will not make Brooke go past 41 weeks! We will try to post pictures on our blog of Hudson as soon as we can.

We also got the chance to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary this past Tuesday. Time has really flown by!

One More Week!

Today is exactly one more week before Hudson arrives! A lot of you have been asking what Brooke looks like, so here is a picture of Brooke and I in the nursery.

Buster

This is our dog Buster. We have had him for 4 years. We are not sure how he will react to a new baby in the house. We think that as long as he has his Frisbee he will be fine. He has however gotten a hold of one of Hudson's toys already!

T minus 10 Days and Counting

Brooke and I have about 10 days till Hudson makes his big debut. We are anxiously awaiting his arrival. The nursery is ready-- our friend Rachel came by and added a cute little touch for Hudson! Our bags are packed and we are ready to go to the hospital at a moments notice. We were hoping he would come over our spring break!, but no such luck! We go to the doctor tomorrow and will know more then!
